Molly Somerville

Molly joined the firm in August 2022, following a traineeship focussed primarily on Family Law. She has experience in child contact matters and adoptions, as well as being instructed about divorces and separations. Molly has a wealth of court experience acting for clients in a myriad of highly emotive and unique circumstances. She has extensive experience with the Children’s Panel, having appeared both as a solicitor and also as a Chair Panel Member.

In both professional and personal life, Molly is strongly steered by her moral compass and has found this to be an advantage when navigating the emotional seas of family law.

I would highly recommend Simplicity Legal. They have been provided a brilliant service for me the last couple of years dealing with power of attorney, sorting out my dads estate after his death and buying and selling my house. In my experience Clarity and Simplicity are a very reliable firm. At the moment it's not easy to find reliable solicitors, and in fact I approached Clarity and Simplicity after a rather bad experience with another company.
